Pest control inspections are required by FHA, VA, and home mortgage lenders in SC.  Our hot, humid weather make us the ideal home for termites and other invasive pests.  The CL-100 Inspection is also known as the Official South Carolina Wood Infestation Report.  During the inspection, our licensed team member will not only identify any current termite activity, signs of prior termite activity, and wood damage, they will also thoroughly inspect the home and surrounding area for other concerns.  You can count on us to report anything of concern such as pest infestations, mold, fungi, powderpost beetles, wood fungus rot, elevated moisture levels, and more.
