I cannot express how grateful I am to Wes and how wonderful my experience was with Pest Rx! The other night I found two brown recluse spiders in my house. I was scared to death and desperately trying to find an exterminator. I called 5 different places and was on hold for 20 minutes, forced to sign up for an annual contract to get someone to come, on hold and then hung up on as I was getting transferred, or had to leave a voicemail. By the time I called Pest Rx it was 7 pm and Wes immediately picked up the phone. He could tell I was panicking and so even though it was already well into the evening he came out THE SAME DAY! No other company was willing to come out on such short notice or take me seriously. But being able to get in touch with a human and get same day emergency service  is HARDLY what makes Pest Rx the pinnacle of pest control companies in Greenville. Wes's service and diligence was IMMACULATE. I appreciated that Wes was patient with me and answered all of my questions. Most importantly he took his time and did an incredibly, and I mean INCREDIBLY, thorough job. He got into the nooks and crannies of every square foot of the house and crawl space. My neighbor was outside as he was working and was so impressed with how thorough he was that she decided to switch to him for her new pest controller!

Termite CL100 + Quarterly Prevention

Thorough & Detailed

Pest Rx does an exceptional job and Wes is incredibly thorough and detailed.  He always takes the time to answer my questions.  He has been providing my pest control services for over a year now and I guarantee that he knows exactly what he is doing because I never see any ants, roaches, or spiders in my home between treatments.  I have had to reschedule and during the time he was supposed to have come and the time I moved the appointment to, I saw a couple of tiny ants.  He obviously has this down to a science and I appreciate that.  He is local and truly cares about his clients and providing the services that they need.  He always takes extra time to check for other issues (like very large wasp nests) and make sure my property is safe and secure.    His rates are very competitive and his service is exemplary.
