Products We Use To Control Termites

Termidor SC/HE

  • A liquid treatment done post-construction that kills active termite infestations and provides protection around your home for up to 10 years.
  • Usually requires drilling into patios/porches and inside garages and can be somewhat invasive.
  • Costs typically around $1,300 or more.

Trelona Annual Bait Stations

  • Acts as an alternative to invasive liquid treatment.
  • Does not require any drilling into patios/porches or garages.
  • The stations will need to be checked at the same time an annual inspection is to be performed on the home.
  • Provides year-round protection from termites with active termite bait.
